Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It has brightly colored fins on its back.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Dastric is a devious little hatchling who often going around causing trouble in The Sanctuary, as well as playing tricks. Upon request, the hatchling was frozen, a reward  to Dastric for not causing any trouble for at least a week. The hatchling has also always wanted to fly, yet that privilege was taken away from Drastic after he pulled a horrible prank on the elders the day before his wings grew in, the result of him being frozen early.
