Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It keeps trying to catch fish in a nearby pond.

And look! It has grown wings! It must be close to maturing.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Swag Step is all about the show, that is if she had one. Forever young, the little dragon is often seen walking around the cave, her head high, wings flared and tail flicking as though she was showing off for a prize. Her step always contains a little flare and energy. She doesn't collect gold or play with the other hatchlings as it's way too mainstream for her. She'd rather be collecting scraps of paper and decorating herself with feathers and calling it 'the latest thing.'
