Geode Dragons are closely related to Stone dragons. They are covered in a hard stone-like material as well as beautiful crystal. Their wings are entirely useless for flight, but they help attract mates. The dragons with the most brilliant and colorful crystals are more likely to mate.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

This cunning dragon with some of the most brilliant crystals of all of the female Geode dragons in EG's Cave is the Neelix Cliffs Guardian. Despite the vast area that the cliffs cover around the perimeter of Cumberland Lake, EG only chose one dragon to guard the entire region. Though the Cliffs Guardian cannot fly at all, she has constructed millions of caverns through the entire cliffs. Off of the top of her head, she can recite where each of them begin and where each of them lead. Her job as guardian, since all dragons and creatures are allowed in the cliffs with no restrictions, is to lead creatures through the proper tunnels or give them directions toward their destination. If trouble arises on the other side of the cliffs, this dragon will charge into the quickest cavern and confront the problem within minutes.

Due to her uncle, Jesus Needs More Orange Glo, being the salesman of the cave, she takes little trinkets from him to distribute to visitors such as the glowing stones.
