False-Headed Hydra Dragons actually only have two heads. Despite their appearance, their tails are pure muscle and lack any internal organs. In combat, their false heads are used to bait their enemies into attacking their tails instead of their more vulnerable heads, creating openings to strike back. These dragons have been known to frighten and intimidate other species by holding their tails close to their necks, making it look like they are a larger, more threatening four headed beast. They also use their tails to help them hunt their prey, confusing their targets in various ways. Their scale coloration and hunting habits vary depending on their environment. False-Headed Hydras can regrow their tails if they are cut off or badly damaged.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Two-headed dragons are unique enough to deserve a separate classification from ordinary dragons. They have two necks, two brains, two mouths, but one stomach and one main body. The two heads usually work together, but there are times when they will fight each other, snapping back and forth. Their unique anatomy prevents them from breeding with single-headed dragons.

User Description

Cobra is quiet and solitary and prefers not to directly interact with others. She hangs from thick branches, watching those around her with precise and scrutinous vision. She has a tendency to stalk those who interest her the most, watching them curiously to see what they are up to. It is possible to get her down from her perch and have a conversation with her, though difficult. She'll usually ignore anyone attempting to engage with her. In these rare conversations, though, she displays a cold, calculating personality and a rather bitter outlook on life. Cobra feels as though others aren't worth her time, that the needy and feeble should get out of the way of the strong and independent. This likely coincides with her family's business, which is caring for disabled dragons in a clinic. Working in such an environment, Cobra has developed a bitterness toward the patients, though, because she is not violent or even that volatile, it is unlikely that she will ever act on such bitterness.
