Black Dragons are warriors. They are strong and capable in battles of force, but also ample magic users, capable of devastating opponents with their spells. Their bright eyes give them excellent night vision, which is why they generally hunt during the night.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Immortal Wynn Seph is a Blessed Angel, both literally and metaphorically. He was born to a noble line of Black and Gold dragons. As an egg, he was meant to be a gift from one family to another. But tragedy struck, and Wynn Seph's egg was lost. A kind woman found his egg, and set out to deliver him to the family he was intended to join. Grateful to the brave heroine, the Immortal Lair's keeper wished to repay the woman's kindness. The two became fast friends, grateful to the young Alt. Black who brought them together. Wynn Seph is rightfully named. He brings blessings and good fortune wherever he travels. He is a social dragon with many, many friends. For the longest time Wynn Seph pondered why he was returned to the Immortal Lair. The act of kindness bewildered him as the war over his kind still raged on. The Alt. Black has found peace in returning acts of kindness bestowed upon him, and has made it his mission to be kind to others. He is devoted to his mate, Zephyra.
