Finally, after much feeding, the baby has grown into a full Dino! Dinos can eat almost anything, including things with spikes. In order to do so, they must have very tough stomachs. Green Dinos are the only type of Dino that is able to walk on two legs. This frees up their front two legs, which they use to catch and eat fish.

Years ago Nintendo was in a bind: its key actors were overplayed, and the Mario Bros. were ready to strike after dismal sales of Mario Teaches Typing. The company needed fresh talent, so it launched a nationwide recruiting spree to find a new face.

They stumbled upon this diminutive green dinosaur wearing bright red boots. He looked perfect for the job, and as an added bonus he could scarcely pronounce his own name. Miyamoto had him brought in immediately. Everything was going great... until the huge bump on the back of his head knocked Mario off the saddle. This wouldn't do—and when the producers caught wind of his brother Yoshi (identical except for skull formation), the poor creature was fired on the spot.

Yoshi landed a million-dollar contract and became a household name. His brother spends his time kicking around the cave, mumbling about how he gets "no respect" and wondering how different life would be if only he had elected plastic surgery. And he STILL won't remove the boots.
