Red Dragons are similar to typical story book dragons. They shoot flames, can fly, etc. However, they aren’t evil creatures as depicted in myths and won’t go around raiding castles, killing knights, or kidnapping princesses. They live in a variety of habitats, from forests to coastlines to abandoned castles, usually in warm climates, and eat whatever living creatures they can find.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Flames that Dance in the Sun loves to play with fire. She has many scorch marks all over her scales from her fire. When Flames was a hatchling she rammed her head into a cave wall and got knocked out. She was never the same afterwards. Flames (obviously) has no mate because everyone thinks she's a maniac.

Flames likes to catch trees on fire. This was a problem because she was burning down The Cave's surrounding forest. Lightning that Lights the Sky had a problem on her talons. She came up with a "brilliant" idea. Lightning shot Flames in the head with a jolt of electricity. Flames couldn't remember anything after that.

After that incident Flames thought she was a water attributed dragon. Once she almost drowned herself in a lake while trying to swim. She's the eighteenth dragon accepted into the cave.
