Terrae Dragons are primarily herbivores who prefer to eat from the tops of trees. However, due to their massive size, they must rely on small, specialized scales to absorb and convert energy from the sun. Since they live in tightly-knit groups, this form of energy absorption helps preserve the forests in which these dragons reside.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Orafel is a very noble Terrae Dragon, always caring for the sick or injured dragons in the group that he lives in, and defending the members of his group with unmatched ferocity, even if he doesn't particularly like some of them. Often found lazing on one of the sun drenched branches that will support his large green frame, he will watch the goings on of his group from high above, his tail swinging and a relaxed expression on his face. Orafel is not as social as some of the others, but he still likes company and hates it when one of the Terrae Dragons that he is closer to leaves for any extended period of time. If they are away for too long then Orafel will often fly out to see if he can find them from the skies, barging his way through the canopy that he will usually do no harm to unless it is an emergency. Orafel is very curious about the world, and can sit for hours watching the birds fly around him or, much to his delight, landing on his large horns and singing away.
