Storm Dragons are the masters of the skies. They are excellent fliers and land only to rest and eat. In addition, they have full control of the weather. They are very hot-tempered and easily angered. They will attack any human that bothers them, conjuring strong winds and dangerous lightning.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Katy grew up as one of the quickest than any other dragon in the cave. She was ready to hatch at only 5.98 days left, which left her in her cracked shell, until she grew into a hatchling, at 3.49 days left. She stayed as a hatchling for 2 days, then grew her wings, until she finally grew up with 3.49 days left. Right now, she doesn't have a mate to breed with, as there are 3 males, and 7 females. Katy was one of the unlucky ones to not have a mate. Someday she will. Until then, she will just have to wait, and Kiss A Girl instead.
