Blacktip Dragons are a small, shore-dwelling breed that tend to nest on sheer ocean side cliffs. They live in groups under a dominant female, who prevents her subordinates from breeding. During the mating season, a group of Blacktips can be very noisy and smelly indeed; males produce a distinctive musky odor and loud, low-pitched honking noises in an attempt to woo the alpha female.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Miwe of the Black-Cap is a male Blacktip dragon with a curious trait; his mood is controlled by the weather. If the weather is sunny, he will be rather optimistic and friendly, on windy days he is restless and energetic, during periods of cold weather he is quite insensitive and on stormy days, he is best avoided altogether. The reason for Miwe of the Black-Cap's emotions relying on the weather is believed to be his parentage. While his father was an ordinary Blacktip dragon, his mother was a powerful Storm dragon who possessed an immeasurable amount of control over the weather.

Despite the influence of the weather on his emotions, Miwe of the Black-Cap behaves as submissively towards females as one would expect from a male Blacktip dragon. He is decidedly more easygoing among those of his own gender. Miwe of the Black-Cap is quite a strong dragon, but has fortunately not inherited his mother's tendency to be easily riled. He lives in a group of Blacktip dragons, on some steep cliffs.
