Green Dragons are also sometimes called “earth” dragons. They usually live deep within caves, and have power over the earth. They are capable of launching boulders at high speeds, and can cause earthquakes by slamming down onto the ground.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Emennar has made himself a cave inside a cave from large rocks and smaller, reflective-looking stones. He lies inside the cave, hardly interested in the rare commotion of the outer cave, caressing stones with his rough, sandpaper type of a tongue to polish them. He has indeed polished many of the stones his cave is made of, and even those laying around it, abandoned.

The best looking ones he fits in his private castle, the ones he's not completely satisfied with he tosses out for hatchlings to pick up and take to their own mounds.

When he comes out to feed or drink or just to stretch his limbs, he's open and friendly towards others, yet he prefers solitude to company, and avoids contact with others—especially those with less friendly personalities, who tend to catch him up in an arguement for a long time, preventing him from retreating to his nest.
