Neotropical Dragons are a breed that originate in rainforests. They are fun-loving and enjoy lounging on tree branches, eating whatever fruit they find. They are also often found sunning themselves on rocks, using their large wings to soak up the rays. In the summer, males compete for mates by showing off their striped wings and gliding in spirals down the tree trunks. It is said that the larger the wings, the more likely the male will attract a suitable mate.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. Green and Gorgeous is a very timid dragon. She never resorts to acts of violence towards other dragons and tries to be a peacemaker. Her mate 'Swift and Green' is loyal to Green and Gorgeous but there is a problem within their relationship. Swift and Green was under the impression that they were mates for life, but as of late Green and Gorgeous has been acting a little off. Sometimes she will put on weight and sneak off for a day or two. When she comes back the weight is gone. Swift and Green is lead to the conclusion that she has been seeing other males and she hides the offspring. A wise move considering Swift and Green would most likely murder any spawn that were not his own. While it is true she has been mating with other males, she is usually threatened with death if she does not cooperate and sire their young. It is for this reason she must learn self-defense, or face the demise of their partnership.
