Sunrise Dragons are closely related to sunset dragons. However, their behaviors differ greatly. Sunrise Dragons prefer to live in large groups and enjoy basking in the early morning sun. They are usually most active in the morning, and go to sleep in the early evening.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Fred isn't a bright dragon. He's not an idiot, he just... lacks common sense. For instance, he once got Cleo and Ellen messed up. Fred hasn't been seen since, but Cleo and Ellen know exactly where he is. It's not a pleasant place, to be certain.

Fred is locked up in an abandoned section of the cave, with little more than a tiny patch of sunlight, more roaches than he ever wanted to know existed, and a little water drip.

Cleo and Ellen visit to make sure he's still alive, but that's about it.

Fred is now a little bit crazy, can make amazing things with rocks, and talks to himself. He finds himself an excellent and hilarious companion... When he's not chasing roaches to get a quarter of a mouthful in his belly.
