Copper Dragons are masters of stealth, slipping silently and swiftly through the forests and jungles where they live. Often hunting in groups, their prey rarely know they are being stalked until the dragon’s at their throat. In the air they are agile and skilled. Copper Dragons prize family groups, spending large amounts of time teaching their young skills. So great is their love of life and family that they will sometimes adopt orphaned dragons of other breeds to raise.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
User Description
Making her home within a ruin nestled deep inside the forest, this female has for a long time found her maternal instincts at odds with her love of her house. It's the absolutely perfect place to raise a family, loaded with neat passageways, beautiful murals, and curious puzzles, but at the same time--there's absolutely no other Coppers in the area, and leaving her home to go find the perfect bachelor would leave it open to being stolen! Fretting over this for many years, Coprico spent a long time in sorrowful solitude, but all that changed on one particular hunt. Stumbling across an orphaned fawn, Coprico found herself making the deer into a pet rather than a meal, and before she knew it she was the caretaker of a whole flock of abandoned and injured animals! Now firmly a vegetarian, she's more sure than ever that she can't leave her home, and she's also no longer lonely--but she still hopes a handsome male Copper might fly through some day.
