Green Dragons are also sometimes called “earth” dragons. They usually live deep within caves, and have power over the earth. They are capable of launching boulders at high speeds, and can cause earthquakes by slamming down onto the ground.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

The Green Thunder or 'Thunder' for short can be solitary. She lives at the damp dark back of the cave, and only accepts Pebble or Vine hatchlings to train. She has also surprisingly taken a liking to frilled dragons. Thunder kindly will go about her clan duties without a grumble. She also loves to collect rare stones and gems. She proved herself into the clan as a hatchling but some say that a few months later she grew fond of a male dragon. She adored him and attended to his every whim with pleasure. One night she admitted her whole feelings to him but he decided he didn't really feel the same way and that he had another dragon in mind. The incident has left her bitter with regret.
