Geode Dragons are closely related to Stone dragons. They are covered in a hard stone-like material as well as beautiful crystal. Their wings are entirely useless for flight, but they help attract mates. The dragons with the most brilliant and colorful crystals are more likely to mate.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

A geode much like the others, Bluegem Tailstone VI spends his days strutting around with his jaw raised, ridiculing the other inferior dragons for their horrid manners and excruciating grammar. Except he doesn't. Instead, he's extremely paranoid of everyone, and spends his days hiding in a dark cave, wishing there was light and hoping that a monster with a pair of red eyes doesn't come out of the inky darkness of the back of the cave. He'd rather have that, though, than another dragon coming near. To him, all dragons are strange and have many diseases that he'd rather not catch. Whenever another dragon comes near, he can almost see the disease bits flaking off of them and onto him, and to prevent that, he runs away as quick as he can (much to the confusion of the approaching dragon). Sometimes, though, he still does look out to the stars and wonders if there's any dragons out there with no disease that he can live with.
