Silver Dragons are arguably one of the most beautiful types of dragons. They live in high altitude habitats such as mountains. Silver females eat meat only when a male dragon brings it to them as part of courtship, though they are typically highly-independent. They possess an almost magical aura that lights up any place they are in, and are looked upon with awe by humans and animals alike.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. Ashayet is a Silver dragon. Though she is peaceful by nature, she is also smart, confident and rather quirky, and shares VenomRoot the Vine dragon's love for practical jokes, though her's tend to be more than just startling people. The two of them often team up to prank their family or any other hapless visitors. But she also ensures that her pranks don't cause any serious injuries or permanent damage to anyone. Ashayet is one of the few dragon's who aren't intimidated by Duskglider the Black, or his Winter son FrostFlyer and his red pupil Rose Satin, who happens to be a bully. She got around that particular hurdle by tricking Rose Satin into a sticky situation whenever the Red dragon approached her, something VenomRoot hasn't dared to do. The Silver dragon enjoys sitting in Camreth the Earth dragon's garden, where she can sunbathe and eat the fruits and vegetables he grows. She doesn't enjoy being used as a walking flashlight, which often happens at night when her owner wants to read.
