Waterhorse Dragons received their name due to their horse-like physique and endearing behavior. They are capable of surviving out of water, and when on land their skin secretes a gelatinous goo to retain moisture. However, their large paddle feet are better suited for swimming, and waterhorse dragons tend to move very awkwardly when on land. Waterhorses are very friendly dragons and enjoy playing with humans.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

AquaRing was born near a lake. His mother was said to be the first Nebula Dragon to be discovered, while his father was another WaterHorse. The family lived in great harmony, until humans stole away the parent's egg, and brought the egg into a crowded city. People from all over came to see the egg—too many people.

The careless owner allowed his egg to have a soft shell, and become very sick. Thankfully, one human noticed this unusual characteristic. And on one quiet day, that same human carefully slipped the egg under her jacket, and stole the egg away.

From there on the new trainer, after fogging it, raised the dragon as her own. Some say it was a miracle it lived, others call it luck. In the end, however, the dragon is what matters.
