Because their prey is so tiny, striped dragons must spend a large portion of their day eating. The color of the offspring is usually determined by the dragon’s mate.

He is a very handsome, and feisty dragon with striking gold markings on a vibrant scarlet hide. He is very active, and enjoys hunting grasshoppers, and other very fast and agile prey. He is always quick to lend a helping hand, and to offer a joke. He is a favorite in the colony, and has many friends. He is also very close to Remy, since he helps by eating the locusts and grasshoppers that plague her crops and garden. He is mated to Samayou, and loves his precious girl. They fell in love when he chased a locust right to where she was sleeping in a field of flowers. He quickly forgot about lunch and introduced himself. They are so in love, and always will be.
