White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Riken wasn't a strong dragon, yet she was a powerful healer. She became solely responsible once for taking care of many of the hatchlings while a battle raged outside between their colony and another. She is a highly respected dragon, although she tends to shy away from the limelight. Beautiful and trustworthy, she was a kind and cheerful being, cherishing all of life.
