Royal Blue dragons are a nocturnal breed who prefer to live high in the mountains near slow-moving water that reflects the night sky. Although quite capable of defending themselves, they are peaceful by nature and will avoid a fight whenever possible.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Regulus was quite the arrogant brat in his youth. He comes from a prestigious, renowned family after all and he couldn't care less about "lesser" dragons and their inconsequential problems. He hung around with other "worthy" dragons, mostly those of metallic ancestry, and even was part of a group tyrannising the Mints and Pygmies of the area. But somewhere along the way he grew up and realised what a terrible kind of dragon he was and vowed to change his ways. Ever since that day Reggie has fought against his old cronies trying to protect those weaker than himself to maybe one day redeem himself.
