Storm Dragons are the masters of the skies. They are excellent fliers and land only to rest and eat. In addition, they have full control of the weather. They are very hot-tempered and easily angered. They will attack any human that bothers them, conjuring strong winds and dangerous lightning.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Forecast and her sister, Report, are nearly identical to one another. Both are wickedly cruel, terrible, and take pleasure in spreading misery to others. Though powerful as individuals in their own right, it's when they come together that real havoc can ensue. They will almost always team up, causing storms so dangerous, red lightning flashes. Of course, they are both well controlled by their domineering mother, Lucina, who could destroy both of them easily in combat. The two of them almost act as her lap dogs in that regard, solely loyal to her and her alone. When she's not around, though, it's pure chaos. Within the family hierarchy, Forecast is below Report. Even when they were young hatchlings, Forecast always followed Report's lead. At this point, she almost doesn't have an identity at all, she's just Report's sidekick. But, then again, Forecast is also very unintelligent and could use Report's two sense to function. Otherwise, she's basically half a dragon. Yes. Sad.
