Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It seems to bear some semblance to a horse.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

LivelyEquus is a Horse Dragon hatchling with a ton of energy. He wakes up every morning just after dawn, and gets right to playing with the other hatchlings of his cave. All day, every day, he is running, playing, or otherwise romping. He only calms down to eat, or when he is nodding off to sleep an hour after sundown. He probably wouldn't even eat if his mother didn't find and feed him everyday.
