Feisty and energetic, Whiptail Dragons pride themselves on their speed and agility. It is not unusual to see several whiptails racing each other. Though fragile, they can easily evade attacks with their superior speed, and often use their long tails as a weapon, giving rise to their name.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Forn Dodonna's wit is as whip-smart as her tail. She is feisty enough to give even the strongest, toughest dragons in her clan pause when dealing with her. She is confident and self-assured, certain that her speed, tail, and attitude can get her through any scrape. Though she usually uses her tail as the weapon it is, sometimes she will whip another dragon playfully.
