Black Dragons are warriors. They are strong and capable in battles of force, but also ample magic users, capable of devastating opponents with their spells. Their bright eyes give them excellent night vision, which is why they generally hunt during the night.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Felix Inks is a young Black dragon. Like all of the other Black dragons in his clan, he lives where they store the parchment and ink, and is an avid artist. He is always found drawing unusually large, detailed drawings on canvases he got in Drakeville. He mainly draws strange, surreal scenes, such as houses with one wall missing that's floating through space, melted clocks appearing to have been carelessly tossed onto dead trees, feet looking like they're pushing through the ceiling above, a string-like creature with one eyeball climbing up a flight of stairs, a broken window with something crawling into it, etc. He is much more social than the other Black dragons, and is often found in Drakeville, where he works as a horror and science fiction novel illustrator. He currently has no specified mate.
