A very stern dragon, Tsukigi is well known for being a tight-laced stuck up, who is always two hundred years behind everyone else. Though be just because she was raised by her mother who comes from a pure blood family, and was put to shame for mating outside her species. But no one really seems to know why Tsukigi is the way she is.
