Frilled Dragons are smaller than most other breeds, but when threatened, they stretch out their wings and frills to appear larger. They generally do not like to fight and prefer hiding to confrontation. Frilled dragons live in small groups and often band together to scare off potential threats. Males also use their frills as a way to attract mates, with those displaying the “best” frills being more likely to breed.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

In his youth Fritheil had a happy-go-lucky lifestyle, easygoing, not a care in the world. The forest he lived in supplied him with plenty of food, plenty of friends to hang out with and enough mischief to keep him occupied. Although he found a gorgeous loving mate, he took his relationship as seriously as the rest of his life: not. Starting an egg, raising a hatchling; that was something of the future, and the distant future at that. But as years went by, his friends moved away and even Fritheil felt comfortable settling down, he and Frithir could not get what would make their life complete. No matter how they tried, they could not conceive an egg, the Frills' days of breeding long gone.

Now he lives in the disillusioned reality that the love of his life has left him for a more fertile male, and Fritheil is left in an empty forest of gnarled old trees with nothing but the squirrels to keep him company.
