Paper Dragons are not truly living creatures. They are pieces of parchment enchanted by magic, and as such, are very vulnerable to fire. However, they behave almost like dragons. The only place where their behavior differs is breeding: paper dragons cannot breed.

Inter Arma Enim Silent Leges, loosely translates to 'In Times of War, the Law falls Silent'.<br/>In the Dragon world, it has long been a major law that enchanted inanimate objects is strictly forbidden. <br/>But, when war breaks out, the law is stretched as thin as possible, and possibly broken many times all in hopes of defeated the enemy.<br/>This paper dragon was a result of one of these 'breakings of the law' during a Great War among Dragons.
