Silver Dragons are arguably one of the most beautiful types of dragons. They live in high altitude habitats such as mountains. Male Silvers hunt and eat meat. While not as beautiful or radiant as females, silver males possess better physical attributes, such as strength.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. A very quiet dragon, Quaint is the record keeper of Crazy's clan. His memory is superior to those of his clan mates, and his offspring with their clan and co-clans will likely carry on his traditional role of historian for their adoptive clans as well.<br/>Quaint is very thankful for his memory, as Crazy asks him often to tell her of all the things she and the clan have done through the centuries. As the clan has little contact with the outside world on Crazy's orders, those stories are still few in number and most of the adult clan members avoid such re-tellings at all costs.
