Swallowtail Dragons are graceful and quick flyers, much like their namesake bird. They are capable of precise aerial acrobatics, and can reach very high altitudes. Because of this, humans observing these dragons are often astonished at how large they are when confronted up close. A Swallowtail’s diet consists of insects and small mammals plentiful in temperate forests. These dragons are also made remarkable by their paper-thin wing membranes, which allow light to pass through, creating an astonishing effect on starry nights.

qaaAX is one of the few practitioners of duck-style kung fu, and wishes his obscure style were taken more seriously. Unfortunately, most of those who watch him practise think he is doing a parody of other animal-based styles with fiercer species. Alas, he can only demonstrate the seriousness of his technique by challenging the amused observer to a battle. His combat skills, while quite good for a swallowtail, are limited by his fragile build and small natural weapons. He gets frustrated with those who interrupt his practice by gawking at him and is never happy when he loses a fight. Some describe him as having the attitude of a mutamore, but he doesn't improve over Valentine's—he is always in a fowl mood.
