As the nocturnal relative to Sunbeam Drakes, Moonglow Drakes are a secretive breed most active under the light of the moons and stars. They are wary of others, but are known to have incredible loyalty should their trust be won. Catching sight of Moonglow Drakes as they dance amid the moonlight is seen as a favorable omen by those they live near, and tamed individuals are common. They are slightly smaller than their cousins, averaging around the size of a cat.

Though it may appear at first that dragons and drakes have much in common, the two are completely separate species. Drakes are smaller and less intelligent than their cousin species, though both dragons and drakes sit comfortably near the top of the food chain. They are always found bearing antlers and leathery wings. Drakes share many of the same habitats that dragons do, and typically hunt in packs.

User Description

The oldest of his four siblings, Sergeant suffers from a damaged self-esteem for being so small in comparison. After all, it is difficult to be taken seriously when you are only the size of a cat. To counter this, he has developed an aggressive and bossy personality, very unusual for his species. He forcefully barks orders at young dragons, ensuring they are rightfully put in their place, and quarrels with dragons at least 10 times his size. Such upfront boldness often intimidates foes when size will not. Either that or it's just easier to ignore him. Despite being harsh with his words, Sergeant is a wonderful role model for young dragons, teaching them useful tactics in combat and survival. He especially enjoys spinning them tales of his own heroic bravery. His four closest siblings are treated with profound respect as well—most of the time. He is rarely seen without their company. Truth be told, Sergeant is a lovable character even if he is intolerable at times.
