Black Dragons are warriors. They are strong and capable in battles of force, but also ample magic users, capable of devastating opponents with their spells. Their bright eyes give them excellent night vision, which is why they generally hunt during the night.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Deviantete, like the albino Telito, is sort of like an outcast among the dragons in Mishota's cave. She has Merlitina as her friend and protector, and so she is accepted by the black dragons but she can see that they pity her a little. Deviantete has tried the whole fighting thing and it's just never worked out, shes just not a fighter. She has been trying to make Telito her friend though, he seems more lonely than she is. Poor Telito is also incredibly shy though, and so befriending him is difficult. Deviantete may not have the skills of a warrior but she has the determination of one. She was always good at molding things such as rock and clay with her fire, maybe she could make something for the hatchlings and then have a real place in the cave. Maybe she could even bring Telito into it too.
