Holiday dragons are a very mysterious breed. They are only seen during winter, and even then it is hard to catch a glimpse of one. They are responsible for the general cheer that spreads during the holidays. In essence, they are the “Spirits of Winter.”

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

On the 25th of December 2012 GiratinaOF was staying near the cave because it was dark, windy and somewhat cold outside, but there was no snow. While he was looking after the hatchlings he heard a strange noise, and when he went to the entrance, there were two strange, unknown eggs. He decided to raise them, and once they became adults, one of them was named "Wrapping-Paper Dragon".

This dragon is odd. He usually has problems understanding the others properly, misses the point, doesn't know what they're referring to or forgets their names. Despite this dizziness he's great at hunting even fast, small animals, which he can spot from great distances. His physical strength is good for a dragon of his size, and he also seems to be quite nimble. Wrapping-Paper Dragon had one of his wishes come true when he was accepted as a member of the best hunters in GiratinaOF's cave by their leader, Sable Marrow.
