Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

GoldenHeartThuwed is a Gold Tinsel Dragon with a heart of gold. She's so sweet and kind to other dragons, and so helpful to anyone in need, that it is hard to be mean to her. Even some of the grumpiest and angriest dragons of her cave can't help but like GoldenHeartThuwed. She's so beautiful and caring, a perfect example to hatchlings. GoldenHeartThuwed teaches hatchlings once a week about their long traditions and oral history. So many hatchlings come regularly because of her lovely mental voice and gift for storytelling.
