Originating from a single species that thrived in ancient times, Xenowyrms have become an incredibly diverse breed whose appearances vary depending on their habitats. Each Xenowyrm subspecies is heavily reliant on the power of different types of mana, making them powerful magic users. Chronos are often considered to be the most elusive of all Xenowyrm subspecies: they live in the darkest and densest forests, far from civilization. They are masters of time magic, allowing them to manipulate the flow of time at will. It is said that Chrono lairs are protected by a field of magic that makes the minutes tick by at a slow pace for any unwanted visitors.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Tick, tock. Keep your timepiece close, and your wits closer. Time is as much of a driving force as gravity; perhaps it is even the greater of the two. Tapping into this such power can drive anybody mad with the sheer focus and comprehension required.

Thankfully, Cryogenial, like most of the rest of the chrono Wyrms, have infinite patience and little more to do other than think and perfect their own magics.

Approach without his consent and you will find yourself as if you were in a black hole- time slows to an infinite slowness. You will never escape, not even in the loyal, merciful arms of Death herself. You will have all the time in the world to think and wait for this massive, ancient dragon to take a rest from his meditations.
