Flamingo Wyverns are so named for their resemblance to the tropical birds with whom they often share territory. Their most striking feature is the bony black crest over their faces and snouts, smaller in females, aiding both in digging up food and protection from attack. Females are noticeably brighter than males due to their habit of not straying far from particularly algae-rich feeding grounds.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Raindrop is a bit of an odd duck- er, dragon. Her emotions tend to shift with the weather, and she can predict when rain will fall with surprising accuracy. Many blame these traits on the magic of her parents, since she has a Flamingo mother and a Stratos father. Whatever the cause, it makes Raindrop quite the special thing. Her emotions range with the weather. She feels her best when it is raining. She becomes active and vibrant, jumping and skipping around with glee. She becomes much more sociable and makes friends easily. She also becomes louder and more reckless. She feels her worst however, when it is a dry heat. She becomes isolated, tepid, and dreary. During sunny days, Raindrop will hide away in damp places and will not reappear until it starts raining again. This bipolar weather phenomenon is definitely a weird obstacle for her friends and family to work around, but those closest to her understand when she needs to be alone and when she's ready to come out of hiding.
