Green Dragons are also sometimes called “earth” dragons. They usually live deep within caves, and have power over the earth. They are capable of launching boulders at high speeds, and can cause earthquakes by slamming down onto the ground.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

The dragon colony's cave had something of a facelift the day that Talamos grew up. Graduating from his little hatchling hobby of moving pebbles and small rocks, Talamos simply carved a new cave for himself, using his powers to blast a path deeper into the mountain, and gouge a new cavern for himself. Fortunately for the other dragons, Talamos now practices his powers on other mountains, reshaping the landscape at his own will. Humans know better than to quarry for stone in the mountains where Talamos lives. His fury was unleashed when he found humans were stealing 'his' stone and marble, and a mysterious earthquake and landslide both destroyed the quarry and damaged many homes for miles around.
