Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

CHA0S Silver Tinsel was the 19th tinsel dragon in GiratinaOF's cave. Like his name suggests he's very chaotic, forgets things easily and is always in motion. He's so busy because he always tries to do many things at once, however, he isn't really successful doing so. But CHA0S Silver Tinsel is quite empathetic, loves children and thus cares for a hatchie garden. Some dragons offer him their help when he's too overloaded, which he gladly accepts.
