Hellhorse Dragons are foul-tempered, spirited creatures with tempestuous and violent dispositions. Torrents of scorching flames erupt from their bodies and can easily set their surroundings ablaze. Highly aggressive and territorial toward other dragon species, Hellhorses will tolerate others as long as they believe the association to be beneficial. Such alliances are tenuous in nature and frequently short-lived, as the slightest disagreement can easily escalate into a full-out brawl.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Doomed Fury is a bad tempered Hellhorse dragon. He is vicious towards nearly all of the dragons on the lands of HeroHorse. There are a few dragons who tolerate him, though. He is very much in love with his mate, Burntiron. Fury is fiercely possessive, and often attacks his mate's friend, a male black dragon called Shadowcliff who is equally aggressive. This habit has earned him several scars on his muzzle.

  A cave in the volcano named "The Mouth Of Thorn" is Doomed Fury's home. He shares this cave with Burntiron. Fury is a hunter but is always extremely reluctant to surrender his extra kills to the hatchlings and older dragons. He enjoys taking part in wrestling with other dragons in his free time.

  Fury is overprotective of his daughter, Fire of Jade. He doesn't want any male to even approach her, which annoys Jade immensely. She is old enough to protect herself, but Fury refuses to accept this.
