Sunsong Amphipteres are an unusual breed. Due to light interference caused by their magical nature, they don’t seem to be affected by any ambient light source. However, when struck by direct sunlight, they shine a brilliant gold. They are playful and ever in flight; their ethereal and mysterious appearance and the fact that they are usually only seen at a distance have led many to believe they are a symbol of hope and good fortune.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Felicate is a sweet, naive out-going female Sunsong Amphiptere. Growing up she had two best friends, a male Magi name Arati and a female Spitfire named Sunahagure. She avoids conflict at any means, especially when it involves other jealous females dragons. Being the way she is, Felicate attracts many different males; all different species, but never has had much luck staying with them. Her first relationship was with Arati. But Arati only saw her as a sister, which lead to the end of the relationship. A few years later, Felicate met a Two-Finned Blunas named Sayas. Sayas was a player during his time with Felicate, which lead to another heart-broken  relationship for her. After this she didn't have much to do with males for a while, till she met a Skywing named Zukra, who instantly fell for her. She was a bit hesitant at first, but became quite fond of Zukra. After a year or so; Felicate and Zukra settled down and had a son named Hykaro; a Sunsong Amphiptere.
