Storm Dragons are the masters of the skies. They are excellent fliers and land only to rest and eat. In addition, they have full control of the weather. They are very hot-tempered and easily angered. They will attack any human that bothers them, conjuring strong winds and dangerous lightning.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
User Description
Darth Rain is strange. Not the normal strange, but seriously STRANGE.
He thinks he's SOOO scary. The way he thunders over to other dragons, growling and hissing and buffeting them with gusts of wind.
Then he has to go and RAIN on them. He hovers over them and picks up his little rain cloud, letting the tiny raindrops fall onto their annoyed faces.
Windu absolutely HATES Darth Rain. He hates his cloud, he hates the rain, he hates the way that smug dragon breathes like he has a lung problem. He often takes every opportunity to show Darth Rain exactly how much he hates him, getting in his face and staring at him for oddly long periods of time.
Darth Rain isn't that fond of Windu either, and takes every opportunity to rain on his parade--literally. He was fully responsible for the end of a very boring Republicator parade that Windu was in charge of.
But hey, it takes two to tango.
