Skywing Dragons spend most of their lives flying in the air. They hunt from the air, diving at prey from above, and land only to rest. They are some of the fastest fliers, capable of extremely high speeds. The webbing at the end of the tail acts as a rudder, allowing them to easily change direction during flight.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. Genga always wants to make things "perfect" for herself. Whenever a dragon isn't sitting right, she will fly down and nudge the dragon until it's sitting right. Whenever her prey isn't flying fast enough, Genga surprises it, making it go faster. That is because Genga likes to have a challenge. She always wants to make a hard life seem easy, but of course, she's just showing off. The most favorite quote from this dragon is, "Lift your wings, wait for a while, and let the wind claim you." The whole clan adores that saying. She uses it most when she's teaching hatchlings how to fly. By far, almost every hatchling that learns how to fly from her will never think of flying as just an action.
