Storm Dragons are the masters of the skies. They are excellent fliers and land only to rest and eat. In addition, they have full control of the weather. They are very hot-tempered and easily angered. They will attack any human that bothers them, conjuring strong winds and dangerous lightning.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Dianna has watched her friend Lucien experimenting with his powers for some time, and she has always encouraged the less-dangerous of his ideas. So when he came to her asking for some help with a new idea, she agreed.

Lucien had a plan to harness the power of the wind to generate electricity; he'd noticed that some metallic rocks would pull towards each and stick together on their own. These same rocks would make electricity in coils of his metal strings if two sticking rocks were spun around the coiled string fast enough.

Lucien had built an "electricity mill" on a wind-swept hill top just outside of a village. He'd borrowed the sails from a grain mill and an old cart axle, to see if his plan to connect them together in order to spin two sticking rocks around a coil of cable would really generate some electricity. It worked on a small scale after all.

Unfortunately there was no wind blowing on the demonstration day, and Dianna's weather magic was needed to make some.
