White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Krystell knows how to fight, but she doesn't. The only magic she knows is healing, and she is one of the best at using it. She doesn't know how to use any of her natural dragon weapons. The reason why Krystell can "fight" is because she is very smart and tactical. She can use her surroundings and knows how to heal herself. There is no dragon who has been able to take her down. They always lose her or they get hurt when they accidentally run into a cliff or mountain. Of course, Krystell heals them, being a white dragon.
