This is a baby chick, not a dragon. So what was it doing in the dragons’ cave?

The reason that there was a chicken egg in the dragons' cave, is that the egg is actually a spacecraft used to land alien invaders. That is, at least, what Alien Invader believes. Unfortunately one of the natives has managed to capture her when she emerged from her crashed shuttle and foolishly locked her in a large prison. This prison, apparently called 'coop', is not a bad place to live though, with a nice sheltered area with nests of warm straw and convenient sticks on which she can roost, but it is a prison nonetheless. Fortunately she has several fellow Space Chickens with which she can discuss an escape plan. If only she was small enough to fit through the grating!
