Originating from a single species that thrived in ancient times, Xenowyrms have become an incredibly diverse breed whose appearances vary depending on their habitats. Each Xenowyrm subspecies is heavily reliant on the power of different types of mana, making them powerful magic users. Astrapi are easily the most temperamental of all Xenowyrm subspecies. Their unpredictable behavior—coupled with their masterful control of lightning magic—has the potential for devastating results. Most of their time is spent airborne, flying through the skies or circling mountainsides for prey.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

K'nath. The villagers living on the mountain that he claims as his own know him under that name, for the great Wyrm never fails to hiss it in their ears right before he acts upon them. This dragon has been cursed by some, and yet thanked by them too not a day later. He can be said to abuse his mastery of magic, creating thunderous, cascading storms as well as gentle, life-giving rains for the peasants working the hard, rocky mountain soil to feed their families. To him, humans are no more than your average court entertainer, and they live as long as one, too, fully under the king's rule.

K'nath, King of Mount Ikeizur. The mere sound of the name conjures up his grand image in every villager's fearful eye, and sends their heads swiveling on their necks. The rich, dark blue scales, accented by dull gold, is a sight well known to them. His eyes, crowned by sharp tips of scales, are the same dull color, and his mouth always curls in a mischievous smile, confident of his own powers. K'nath.
