Flamingo Wyverns are so named for their resemblance to the tropical birds with whom they often share territory. Their most striking feature is the bony black crest over their faces and snouts, larger in males, aiding both in digging up food and protection when fighting for mates. Males are duller in color than females due to their habit of wandering from nest to nest and picking from less algae-rich feeding grounds.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Pretty chill for a Flamingo, Rivulet speaks in a monotone voice and always seems fed up with the world. Having such a complicated family, he tends to avoid them, especially his mother. However, he isn't quite as extreme as his brother, Balance, who is almost never seen, rather Rivulet likes to purposefully ignore his folks in plane sight. Everything he does is very blatant, he has no shame whatsoever. He's also a bit of a snitch. Rivulet loves a good bit of gossip, and he's known to share little bits of hearsay with his friend, Ballet, who loves blowing everything he says way out of proportion. These two are especially close, in fact, Ballet is one of the few dragons Rivulet can stand to be around. Although, it can be hard to tell whether or not he really likes someone. His biting sarcasm and generally lack of regard for others' feelings stays pretty consistent across the board. He's very open with his remarks and will say pretty much anything on his mind. Rivulet just does not care!
