Dark green dragons, once they mature, appear to become an entirely different species. However, this isn’t true. Rather, they burrow underground and get nutrients from their vines. These vines are sometimes referred to as Dragon Grass. These dragons are very violent, and will use their vines to capture, kill, and eat anything that moves, as well as nearby plants. Luckily, their range is limited and they cannot use magic. Dark green dragons tend to be easy to spot since they usually kill all plants around them and thus are usually surrounded by a large clearing.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
User Description
Walking within the forest, you might come across a clearing. If you did, and should you be the adventurous sort, the kind of person who doesn't live very long because they get themselves into more trouble than they can get themselves out of, the kind of brave, foolish person who would go INTO the clearing, you would find a mess of writhing, twisted vines, spouting from the ground to reach all around the clearing, as well as a little beyond, getting bigger so as to consume and overrun the trees that lie just beyond its reach. The vines would probably be engaged in tearing apart a deer or some other unfortunate woodland creature, shredding and eating it. Then, if you had not already had the good sense to flee, those same vines would come for you, dragging you down, by secret ways, to the old dirt-and-stone cave from which they stemmed. And at last you would meet Phelbhor, green titan of the earthy depths, and there, in the jungle queens throne room, you would also meet your end!
