Black Dragons are warriors. They are strong and capable in battles of force, but also ample magic users, capable of devastating opponents with their spells. Their bright eyes give them excellent night vision, which is why they generally hunt during the night.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Hardly caring much for the belligerent ways of the other Blacks (even though he is quite the accomplished warrior),  Balthazarr preferred to sit and watch the Magis practicing their spells. His secret ambition was eventually recognized and he became apprentice to one of the most skilled Magis. There he met a discouraged young hatchling named Moirgana. Balthazarr tried to help her, but he excelled while she remained weak and unable to cast even the simplest spells. As she retreated, full of deep envy, Balthazarr pulled away as well, hardly glancing in her direction, mostly because one should not meddle in the affairs of Vampires. True to his Black heritage, he became a battle mage, annihilating his enemies from a distance (although he hates it and would rather be helping the Whites). But never forgot about Moirgana, and blames himself for her corruption. If only she could see that he still cares about her.
