Anagallis Dragons are a medium-sized omnivorous breed. Widespread and adaptable, their easygoing nature enables them to flourish under most conditions. They are social creatures, fun-loving and outgoing, and will readily defend smaller dragons from others’ aggression. They are fond of sunshine, and can often be found basking on rocks; on cloudy or stormy days they are more reluctant to venture out, and will often hide themselves away until the weather is more favorable.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Ally is usually very sweet. Although, obviously, this is common in most Anagallis Dragons. Unlike every other dragon in her home cave, she doesn't have anything too special about her. She spends half of the day sunbathing and the other half playing with the hatchlings and some of her friends. But her marks are different than the other Anagallis Dragons she knows. Instead of having a purple streak on the outer edge of her wings, the streak is magenta. Her scales are also soft and fuzzy, like moss. Ally believes her scales are fuzzy because when she was a hatchling, her scales were replaced with fuzzy fluff. This made her blend in, but when she grew older, she didn't shed the fuzz. So, her scales are fuzzy and covered in fluff until she finally decides to shed. But, won't that be a mess.

She also has a distant albino sister, named Alli. Their names are often misspelled since they are related and their names have only one letter for a difference.
